From LA to SF, join us on October 25th as we celebrate and explore California's most exquisite canna-cuisine with Chef Holden Jagger and Rachel Burkons of Altered Plates. In partnership with The Herb Somm, this event will highlight cannabis and the culinary arts as we guide your taste buds through an epicurean journey that awakens all aspects of aroma and flavor. Ranging from cannabis pollen-topped seared scallops and fermented cannabis leaf dolmas to aromatic uses for cannasalt and cannasugar, the team from Altered Plates are ready to bring the West Coast's best ingredients together, reminding us why we love living in California. Yes, this is the ultimate destination for cannabis and gourmet experiences!
Please note that Thursday Infused is not a traditional dinner. It is an educational event that features an interactive 30-minute happy hour, a seated tapas dining experience, artisan confections, cannabis education, and more.
For every ticket purchased, a portion of event revenues will be donated to City Slicker Farms in West Oakland.
