City Slicker Farms.

 

As part of our mission, we promote healthy living and to give back to our community. For every Thursday Infused, we will donate a portion of event revenues to City Slicker Farms based in West Oakland. 

 

This 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowers West Oakland community members to meet the immediate and basic need for healthy food by creating organic, sustainable, and high-yield urban farms and backyard gardens. Their farms and gardens demonstrate the viability of a local food-production system, empower children and adults who want to learn about the connections between ecology and farming, and give West Oakland residents tools for self-reliance. Please visit www.cityslickerfarms.org to learn more.
